When you request a freight quote, we receive the contact and shipment details you enter, such as your name, company, email, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, equipment, commodity, weight, pickup date, pallet count, and special requirements. We also receive information you choose to share when contacting us by email or phone, including carrier or agent inquiries.

If you use the payment page, billing details entered there, such as a name, company, email, and invoice details, are used to create a checkout session with Stripe. Card and bank-account details are entered with Stripe rather than on our site. We may retain payment records and transaction identifiers needed for accounting and customer support.

Our hosting and service providers may receive technical information associated with your use of the site, such as an IP address, browser information, request times, and error logs. Authentication or other essential site features may use cookies or similar storage.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate shipments, work with carriers and other service partners, process and reconcile payments, maintain business records, secure and improve the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use a quote request to automatically enroll you in marketing emails.

Stripe handles online checkout under its own privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
